Deposits

A deposit equal to the first night's stay will be taken at the time of booking which is fully refundable in case of a cancellation up to 7 Days before arrival date. Cancellations made up to 7 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the total cost of the reservation may be charged.
The remaining balance will automatically be attempted to be taken fromthe card used at the time of booking 7 days before your arrival- or at the time of booking should the time between booking and arrival be less than 1 week - failing this, the remaining balance should be paid on arrival.

Smoking Policy

All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of £100 will be charged to the card provided if a guest smokes in their room.

Check in and Out Times

Check In is from 15:00 to 22:00 - Check Out is by 11:00

Pets Policy

We have only a few rooms that are pet friendly.We are happy to accept well-behaved pets by arrangement.
We will accept one small or medium well-behaved dog per room. We do not accept two or more dogs in one room or large dogs. We also reserve the right to refuse any dog that we think might prove anti-social, at the time of check-in or subsequently. Dogs should not be left alone in guest rooms. There is a charge of £15 per room, per stay, for pets. Please let us know if you are planning to bring a pet and would like us to add this to your reservation.
